Democratization of Job opportunity

Every years millions graduate but don’t find a job. They have no way to find what they lack. They have no way to get the attention of companies and highlight their skills. Companies just interview the most accessible: those from top colleges, those in top cities and references. Good kids from small cities, unknown education institutions don’t get job opportunity. Governments spend millions of dollars on higher education/training, but have no way to find if it is improving anything… Why?

By any economic, social or moral principle, it is essential to have standardized employability assessments across the world to drive scientific feedback and meritocracy in the education-employment ecosystem.
